Hey, I'm Sarah! Here's why I love kettlebells:
Kettlebells were my “gateway drug” into weightlifting, they are a constant in my own training, and in the work I do with my clients. They are an incredible tool for efficiently and effectively working the whole body, and to add variability into your other training. Kettlebells are so versatile, easy to travel with, and they are an absolute "go to" when I'm training at home.
I love that you can't really use them without being fully present.
Despite the wide range of modalities I like to explore: strength training, gymnastics, functional movement, yoga, jiu jitsu, mobility work (just to name a few), I always come back to kettlebells!
"The amount of things you can do with a kettlebell is unsurpassed by any other training equipment" – Laird Hamilton
