Kettlebells were my “gateway drug” into weightlifting, they are a constant in my own training, and in the work I do with my clients. They are an incredible tool for efficiently and effectively working the whole body, and to add variability into your other training. Kettlebells are so versatile, easy to travel with, and they are an absolute "go to" when I'm training at home.

Breeze through it in a day or two, or take your time going through each video and practice as much or as long as it takes until you feel ready to move on to the next thing. The pace and time commitment is totally up to you!
